Sales policies of the Kali Jewelery store:


Sales through the online store are made only to EU countries - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania , Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Romania.


If you want to place an order online that is not for a European Union member country, you should contact by email and expose the situation.


Some items are not found in the online store - usually due to the degree of complexity of the creation, because they are unique pieces or because they are not available in stock. If you want to know price information for these items and the possibility to order them, you can send an email.

Caring for your jewelry:


All Kali Jewelery pieces are designed by Maria Catarina Fernandes

The metals used are 925 silver - the most common legal silver alloy, and brass.

Silver naturally has a tendency over time and I use it to darken. If you want to maintain your parts you can use a soft brush, detergent or toothpaste, wash with water and dry well, or a silver cleaner from the market. The brass, although it takes a layer of varnish to maintain the finish, over time it can darken due to wear, then you can clean it with scotch brite already worn or a silver cleaner from the market.

The bluish patina on the brass can also change due to wear and tear and the gold of the brass begins to appear, if this happens and you are not satisfied, in the workshop we will do the patina process again (it takes about a week).

If the result is not the desired one, contact the studio by email and we will do the maintenance of your jewelry free of charge.

Property Term:


The kali Jewelery brand is a national brand registered with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). All jewels are designed, studied and built by the author Maria Catarina Fernandes.

Kali Jewelery reserves the copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the products and content in general present on this platform. Thus, no copy, transfer or use of any content on this website is authorized without our prior contact and consent.

Quality assurance:


All pieces are made through manual and traditional processes and are handmade. Thus, there may be small differences between the final piece that you will receive and the one that illustrates the photograph of the online store. We appreciate your understanding, as it is a manual work.



The prices of jewelry available in the online store Kali Jewelery include the tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT of 23%, rate imposed so far).

Kali jewelery reserves the right at any time to change the price of items or services and conditions of its online store or to carry out promotional campaigns.

The prices of Kali Jewelery in the online store are guided by the PVP (Public Sale Price) that the author Maria Catarina Fernandes recommends. It may not correspond to the PVP of other commercial areas that sell the articles, this possible difference is beyond our control and depends on the pricing policies of each commercial space.


Orders / Purchases:


When placing your order, the customer assumes and accepts the general sales conditions, prices and descriptions of the items in question.


The color of the material can vary between the silver tone and the black tone (oxidizer with derivatives of sulfur liver). The brass is golden, however it can acquire a dark brown color when oxidized, or the bluish patina.

All jewels are packed with their own packaging, in a box or envelope.

To preserve your jewelry as best as possible, you must store it individually in its packaging, avoid contact with perfume, cream and water.


We try to make all the jewelry presented in the online store available for fast delivery, 3-5 working days, however, as a small scale production company and with manual processes, there can sometimes be some stock failure and delays send. If the item you are ordering is not in stock and there is a delay in production after placing your order, you will immediately receive a notice from us stating the delay and presenting a new delivery date. We will always be available to resolve any issue and streamline the entire ordering process.



Payments can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer


All shipments, national and international, will be made via CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. as a registered order. The registered order has an associated registration number and can be followed by the CTT website:

Mail registered in Portugal (Mainland and Islands), in normal situations, takes 1 business day to reach its destination. In international territory, in normal situations, it takes 4/5 working days.

The shipping costs for Portugal (Mainland and Islands) is 2.50 €. For European Union countries it is 5 €.


National territory:

The order must be delivered to the address indicated. If no one is to receive it, it will be deposited at the nearest Post Office. You should receive from CTT a notice communicating this situation with the withdrawal deadline. You must, together with the notice from CTT, present the Citizen Card to collect the order.

If the order is not picked up within the specified period, it will be returned to the atelier, the new shipment will only be made by means of a new payment of shipping costs.



International Territory inside and outside the EU:

In the case of shipping to countries outside the European Union, shipping is also registered initially made by CTT (in Portugal) and after arriving at the destination country by the country's official national postal company. We only guarantee the possibility of following an order by CTT, while you are in Portugal. We are not aware of the operation of other companies in other countries. You can follow the route until you leave Portugal through the CTT website: Please note that International orders for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes or import duties when entering the country of destination. We have no knowledge or responsibility for the amount of these fees, as they differ from country to country. In that situation, you should contact the authorities of your country for more information.


Registered mail is not insured mail. If you intend to take out insurance, it must be communicated via email and pay the extra amount of that insurance, which will be indicated by us after consulting the existing possibilities. After sending the article Kali Jewelery is not responsible for the loss of the order.




According to the law established in Portugal, all articles are guaranteed for 2 years, from the date the purchase invoice for the article is issued. The lack of precaution, inappropriate and neglected use is not the responsibility of the author / brand.


Exchanges and Returns:


Within 30 days after sending the order it is possible to exchange as long as it is in the state in which it was purchased and presenting the invoice / Warranty certificate for the purchase. We therefore recommend that if you wish to exchange it, keep the order in the packaging along with the document. The exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value, in the latter case of paying the remaining balance.

If the exchange is due to a defect in the items or a mistake on our part, Kali Jewelery assumes the shipping costs associated with the reshipping of the items.

If you intend to make an exchange you should send an email as soon as possible to communicate the will and reason for the exchange.

We do not accept returns.

Kali Jewelery jewels are available for purchase in several national commercial spaces, some of which are listed in the tab on the website. However, sales policies, prices and terms and conditions are not linked to the online store Kali Jewelery.

Kali Jewelery is not responsible for any question regarding the purchase of articles by the author in a commercial space other than yours. For any question you should always contact the store where you purchased the item.

Certification and Authenticity


The Kali Jewelery brand jewels are made of various materials including precious metal: 925 silver. All silver jewelry is certified by the INCM Contrastaria (website where they find the precious metal permeate of the alloy and certify the legal touch of the metal. This certification is done through the application of the contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent

The application of the certification process by the INCM Contrastaria only applies to parts weighing 2g or more.

In case of doubt about the authenticity of the certification marks, the buyer can turn to the services of the Contractor to verify the authenticity of the metal.
